Our 23 year old son, Aaryaman Nijhawan has turned SIX again !
RECAP : Six years ago, a military aircraft took off in the middle of the night, landed at Chennai to pick up a special medical team, and headed for Aurangabad airport, made operational at night by an army team for this mission. The medical team harvested the HEART of a pious noble soul, quickly flew back 1200 km and a ‘green cooridor’ at Chennai ensured that the organ reaches Fortis Hospital, Chennai within the time limit for a successful HEART TRANSPLANT. It is this heart that beats in our son today…
PRESENTLY : In these 6 years, Aaryaman has successfully completed his graduation from Delhi University and is presently pursuing post graduation in International Relations from MGIMO University in Russia. He is leading a relatively stable healthy life. All due to the blessings of Almighty, benevolence of the family which donated the organ and the efforts of a number of people, to whom we are indebted for life. YOU are one of them.
THANK YOU !!! Our son breathes & lives today because of you…

Respected Mukherjee sir & Team,
I hope and pray you and your family are keeping safe during this time of crisis.
Myself Dayalshankar Giri, the elder son of Shri Satyanand Giri. My bad luck is that i am not with my family during the crisis as I’m n Dubai due to my work constraint.
I would want to take this opportunity to personally thank you for what you have done for us as a family. How much our family is thankful to you or our gratitude towards you cant be expressed in words.
We have always heard or seen people talking of an Angel and God’s messenger but i am the fortunate one who saw one such angel during the most testing times.
You as a doctor have not only made my belief strong on the fact that be true to your profession but also made me realized to always do good to mankind and if it takes to come out of comfort zone do so.
Had we not met you who held our hand during the tough phase and stood with us as a strong pillar… i am sure i wouldnt have known how to get my father back. 😭😭
It could have been an easy solution to not to attend my father once he is covid positive but your timely intervention with a sole objective to save the patient speaks volume of your ethics and professionalism.
Your such noble act is something which we will never forget in life.
We learnt a big lesson from you. Do your part and God will sail you through.
In the end i would say now you have another family who will always keep you and your family in our prayers and let no evil or negative thing affect the family.
Thanks a lot doctor for all you did for us.and my wish is that as soon as the crisis settles i will meet you personally.
Last but not the least, CONGRATULATIONS for possessing positive Attitude but getting negative result.
